I visited today for a blood test to check my lipid profile and was extremely impressed by the service. Everything was super fast, professional, and very well-organized. I asked for my results to be sent by email, and the staff took an extra smart step: before finalizing, they verified my email by sending a test email first to make sure it successfully reached my inbox — avoiding common issues like emails landing in the spam folder. This was very thoughtful, especially since blood test results are crucial and time-sensitive.

The entire process was handled efficiently at the front counter: registration, email verification, and blood collection — all completed by one staff member without needing to move between floors or rooms. It was incredibly smooth: register > collect > done — all within just 10 minutes!
