Off-Site Health Check-up for individual
We are pleased to offer our services to the general public who may find it inconvenient to travel for health check-ups, including bedridden patients and elderly individuals with limited mobility. We provide a convenient and time-saving service by offering blood sampling at your home and delivering the test results online through platforms such as Line, Facebook Messenger, or email. This allows you to have a hassle-free experience without waiting in queues.
Off-Site Health Check-up for Organizations (Companies, Factories)
The corporate clients who wish to provide health check-up services to their employees, we have a dedicated team of knowledgeable and experienced medical professionals ready to provide on-site services at your workplace. Our team will bring the necessary equipment and expertise to ensure comprehensive health assessments for your workforce. This convenient service allows your employees to undergo health check-ups without the need to leave the workplace. Service Rates for Off-Site Services
The cost of off-site blood sampling service starts at 500 Baht (This price does not include the testing fees).
Vehicle fuel surcharge:
- Distances less than 3 kilometers: Free of charge!
- Distances between 3 and 5 kilometers: 200 Baht.
- Distances between 5 and 10 kilometers: 300 Baht.
- Distances exceeding 10 kilometers: Please inquire about additional charges at the branch where you wish to receive the service.
Service Conditions
- Individual customers, appointments must be made at least 2 days in advance.
- Corporate customers, appointments must be made at least 1 month in advance.
- Off-site blood sampling services are available during the following this schedule:
- From 07:00 to 09:00 (for customers who have been fasting since midnight)
- From 07:00 to 16:00 (for customers who have not been fasting since midnight)
- The service rates for off-site services do not include the cost of blood testing.
