The health check-up for Ice Bath participants includes the following tests:

  • Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) – Inflammation marker
  • High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein (hs-CRP) – Cardiovascular and inflammation risk
  • Cortisol – Stress hormone level
  • DHEA – Anti-stress hormone level
  • IGF-1 – Hormone for cellular repair and metabolism

Preparation Guidelines Before Testing:

  1. No need to fast prior to testing
  2. Avoid alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours
  3. Get adequate sleep (6–8 hours)
  4. Regular medications may be taken (please inform our staff beforehand)
  5. If you have any underlying health conditions or relevant medical history, please inform our staff for appropriate assessment
  6. Wear clothing that allows easy access for blood draw
  7. Avoid intense exercise or physical stimulation for at least 12 hours prior to testing
  8. It is recommended to undergo testing in the morning (before 10:00 AM) for optimal accuracy
