The health check-up for Ice Bath participants includes the following tests:
- Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) – Inflammation marker
- High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein (hs-CRP) – Cardiovascular and inflammation risk
- Cortisol – Stress hormone level
- DHEA – Anti-stress hormone level

Preparation Guidelines Before Testing:
- No need to fast prior to testing
- Avoid alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours
- Get adequate sleep (6–8 hours)

- Wear clothing that allows easy access for blood draw
