The Basic Lipid Screening Program is designed to assess the balance of lipids in your blood and identify hidden risks related to heart and vascular diseases. It evaluates everything from fundamental lipid levels to advanced risk indicators such as Lipoprotein (a), helping you plan precise and effective heart-health management.
This program includes:
- Comprehensive Lipid Profile: Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL
- Cardiovascular Risk Marker: Lipoprotein (a)
Preparation Before Health Screening
- Fast for 8–12 hours before the test (drinking water is allowed).
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to testing.
- Inform the staff about any medications you are taking, including dietary supplements.
- If you have chronic health conditions such as heart disease, kidney disease, or liver disease, please notify the staff in advance.
- Get adequate rest, preferably 6–8 hours, the night before your appointment.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access for blood collection.
