Introduction

  • External laboratory referrals (Outlab)
  • All types of medical sample collection

3. Appointment and Payment

The Service Recipient must pay the service fee according to the rate set by the Company before or on the day of receiving the service.

Payment is considered confirmation of the intent to receive the selected services and cannot be retroactively cancelled unless specified in the conditions of these Terms.

4. Commencement of Service

The Company considers the service to have commenced upon the occurrence of any of the following:

  • The Service Recipient has paid and registered for the service.
  • A test order or related document has been issued.
  • Blood has been drawn, or a sample has been collected.
  • The sample has been sent to the laboratory.

5. Accuracy of Service Recipient Information

The Service Recipient is responsible for providing personal and health information that is accurate, complete, and truthful.

The Company reserves the right not to be liable for any consequences or damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete information, or concealment of facts.

6. Test Results and Medical Limitations

Laboratory test results are medical data for preliminary assessment purposes only.

They are not considered a final diagnosis, and the Service Recipient should take the results to consult a physician or medical professional for diagnosis and treatment.

7. Use of Website and Services

The User agrees to:

  • Use the Website and Services for lawful purposes only.
  • Do not use the Website or Services in a manner that causes damage, disruption, or makes the system unusable.
  • Do not attempt to access the Company’s system or data without authorization.
  • Do not publish content that is illegal, obscene, pornographic, or harmful to others.

Due to the nature of medical services, the Company reserves the right not to issue refunds for laboratory testing services after the service has commenced.

Unless the Company deems it appropriate under the conditions specified in Clause 12.

12. Cases Where Refund or Compensation May Be Considered

The Company may consider a refund or other forms of compensation, at the Company’s discretion, in the following cases:

  • Inability to perform the test due to an error on the Company’s part.
  • The sample cannot be analyzed due to the Company’s handling.
  • Test results contain errors due to the Company’s process.
  • Test results are unreasonably delayed beyond the stated time frame.

Compensation may be in the form of a full refund, a partial refund as appropriate, a re-test at no charge, or the issuance of credit for future services, as deemed appropriate by the Company.

13. Cases Where Refund is Not Possible

The Company reserves the right not to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The Service Recipient changes their mind or cancels for personal reasons.
  • The Service Recipient fails to attend the service appointment on the scheduled date and time.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate health information was provided.
  • Test results do not meet expectations.
  • The Service Recipient has received explanations and given consent.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website, and the version displayed on the Website is considered the latest version.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the Thai Courts shall have jurisdiction to consider the matter.
