How Much Vitamin D Do We Need Per Day?

Vitamin D3 dosage: 10,000–20,000 IU/day. Should be taken with cofactors, including:

  • Magnesium
  • Vitamin K2
  • Zinc

The recommended vitamin D3 level in the body is 30–100 ng/mL, which can be determined via a blood test.
