Customers can contact and inquire about the desired testing services, such as pricing and test options, at the nearest laboratory branch

Service Terms and Conditions:
- Customers can schedule the date, time, and location for specimen collection at a branch convenient for them or utilize our inter-provincial specimen collection service.
- Our staff is available for service. The equipment for specimen collection is provided free of charge.
- Customers are able to receive their test results through the following channels:
- Postal service
- Line, Facebook Messenger (excluding confidential test results, such as sexually transmitted diseases)
- Self-pick-up (with preliminary result interpretation by medical technologist)
