How to Prepare Before a Health Checkup?
- Please fast for 8–12 hours before the test (drinking plain water is permitted).
- Refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours prior to the health checkup.
- Ensure adequate rest by sleeping 6–8 hours before the health checkup.
- Regular medications may be taken; however, please inform the staff before undergoing the checkup.
- If you have any underlying medical conditions or relevant health history, please inform the staff for accurate assessment and diagnosis.
- Wear clothing that allows easy access for blood collection.
- For female clients, it is advised to avoid undergoing the health checkup during the 7 days before and
