This program is designed for individuals who regularly consume alcohol or experience fatigue, inadequate rest, and early signs of internal organ strain. It provides a comprehensive health assessment covering liver function, metabolic health, blood glucose levels, lipid profile, inflammation marker, as well as essential vitamins and minerals that are commonly depleted by alcohol consumption.
The program aims to assess health risks, support personalized health planning, and restore the body to a balanced, strengthened state—allowing individuals to regain confidence in their overall health and well-being.
Program Includes:
- Complete blood count (CBC)
- Uric acid level testing
- Liver function tests with GGT
- Blood glucose testing (FBS, HbA1c)
- Insulin level and insulin resistance assessment (HOMA-IR)

Preparation Before Health Screening

- Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours before the examination.
- Inform the staff of any medications or dietary supplements you are currently taking.
- Please notify the staff in advance if you have underlying medical conditions such as heart disease, kidney disease, or liver disease.
- Get adequate rest, at least 6–8 hours before the examination.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for blood collection.
