The Insomnia Evaluation Program includes the following tests:

Preparation Before the Test
1. Fasting required: Do not consume any food or beverages for at least 8–12 hours before the test (small sips of water are allowed).
2. Morning blood draw: Blood samples must be taken in the morning, preferably between 07:30 and 09:00.
3. No alcohol: Avoid alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours before the test.
4. Avoid strenuous exercise: Refrain from heavy physical activity for at least 24 hours prior to the test.
5. Medications and supplements: Avoid regular medications and dietary supplements. If you are taking sleep aids or supplements that promote sleep, please inform the staff, or discontinue them at least 24 hours in advance if possible.
6. Get enough rest: Ensure you have adequate sleep for at least 6–8 hours.
7. Wear suitable clothing: Choose clothing that allows easy access for blood collection.
