Preparation before the screening:
- Fast from all food and beverages for at least 8–12 hours before the test (small sips of water are allowed).
- Avoid alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours.
- Get adequate sleep for at least 6–8 hours before the appointment.
- You may continue taking your regular medications (please inform the staff beforehand).
- Inform the staff of any underlying medical conditions or relevant health history for proper evaluation.
- Wear clothing that allows easy access for blood collection.
